| Amy Jones Photography and Lollipop Portraits (a pint size division of Amy Jones Photography) officially began in 2005 as a team effort between myself, my husband Brian, and my two girls, Sophia and Grace (also my assistants). Photography has always been my passion -- even if it hasn't always been my focus. Brian gave me the opportunity and encouragement to try it on my own, and the girls have given me the desire to succeed.
I know how difficult it is to get little ones to sit quietly and have their portraits taken, and I know it's a bear to drag a newborn (or a husband) into a portrait studio. So, let me come to you. My studio is completely portable and can be set up in your home or at the location of your choice. After the shoot, I post your proofs securely on my website where you can order the photos you'd like. I will even deliver your prints when they are ready. Most importantly, the entire process is convenient for you.
I am a full time mother and, prior to being a photographer, a full time kindergarten teacher. In my spare time, I've been found coaching middle and high school field hockey and lacrosse as well as taking to the field in stripes. You can be fully confident that I speak (and negotiate) toddler with the best of them and that your shy 17-year-old will be comfortable in front of my camera. My passion for photography ensures that we will capture moments that you will treasure for a lifetime.
